Gyeonggi Content Agency(GCA) is a government-funded agency that was established in 2001 to promote and support the content industry in Gyeonggi Province. Gyeonggi Content Agency has played key role in promoting the content industry such as game, animation, film, webtoon, character, smart/convergence contents, VR/AR and so on.

The northeastern area is mountainous while the southwestern area consists of wide plains. The area of Gyeonggi-do is 10,189 ㎢, accounting for approximately 10.2% of the total land area of South Korea.
